Haus Alpengruss is located on a quiet street, just a few minutes walk from the center, supermarkets, outdoor pool and ski elevators.
There is ample parking directly in front of the house.
Oetz is a municipality with 2335 inhabitants in the district of Imst.
It´s located in a vast area on the first level of the Ötztal. The village lies in a basin at the foot of the 3007 m high Acherkogel and has a particularly mild climate, which is why it is also called the "Meran of North Tyrol", just like the district town of Imst. The Ötztaler Ache flows west of the main town.
A popular destination is the nearby Piburger See. The 800 m long, 250 m wide and up to 25 m deep lake is the result of a landslide. The Piburger See is the largest lake in the Ötztal. With temperatures up to 23 °C, it is also the warmest mountain lake in Tyrol.
